After obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Prince Edward Island, Shawn moved to Calgary, Alberta where he began his financial career in 1994. 

From 1994 to 2001, Shawn was Manager of Client Finance for International Investment Properties (aka International Properties Group/Investorplus.com) for 7 years and was a Mortgage Specialist for BMO Bank of Montreal for 5 years. 

Debbie graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree.  Prior to entering the Mortgage Broker industry in 2006, Debbie spent 11 years as Manager Personal Financial Services for HSBC Bank of Canada where she was involved with all aspects of mortgage financing and lending. 

Debbie’s background also includes financial counseling experience which, combined with her strong lending background, helps to provide her clients with mortgage financing options that best suit their overall financial needs.
